The Bonn Agreement

The Bonn Agreement was the initial series of agreements intended to re-create the State of Afghanistan following the U.S. invasion of Afghanistan in response to the September 11.The agreement created the fundaments for the new Afghan constitution

United Nation Assistance Mission for Afghanistan (UNAMA)

Paris Conference

The government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and representatives of the international community met June 12, 2008 in Paris to reaffirm their long-term partnership in support of the people of Afghanistan, their security, prosperity and human rights.
